The Cox Law Group attorneys, Michele Manculich and Linda Cox and paralegal Leslie Calderon (left to right) have served the Md. legal community more than 30 years. The law firm offers all facets of Estate Planning services, including drafting Trusts and Wills, Probate, Trust Administration, Fiduciary Litigation and an estate plan maintenance and support program to keep clients and advisors current with relevant laws and changing family dynamics.

Cox Law Group also represents families having Maryland school system disputes, attorney Linda Cox having defended local undergraduate and college school systems as Assistant County Attorney for Anne Arundel County and Baltimore County.

The Cox Law Group attorneys volunteer in many capacities, including as board members for the AAMC Charitable Gift and Planning Committee and Opportunity Builders Inc., as peer review panel member(s) for the Md. Attorney Grievance Commission and representation of disabled children and other pro bono clients for the Md. Legal Services Program and for Md. Volunteer Legal Services.  



  

Linda T. Cox, Esquire

Ms. Cox is a Maryland native who lives in Annapolis, Maryland with her daughter Savannah, a college student. Linda's son, Christopher, lives in Denver, Co.

Employment experience: 
Prior to beginning the "Cox Law Group" law firm, Ms. Cox initiated the Estates and Trusts division of the Annapolis law firm, Hyatt & Weber, PA. ("Hyatt") Many of the systems Linda created for Hyatt & Weber have been refined and incorporated into 
Cox Law Group to offer Cox Law Group clients cutting edge legal services in the estate and business planning arenas.

Prior to joining the Hyatt firm, 
Ms. Cox maintained an Annapolis law practice from 2000 to 2008, focused on estate planning and litigation, including State and Federal commercial litigation and family law. Ms. Cox also served as an Assistant County Attorney in Anne Arundel County and Baltimore County from 1994-1997, where she defended the municipal Police Departments, Community Colleges, the Board of Education and the Detention Centers in tort actions and alleged constitutional violations, typically in United States District Court for the District of Maryland.   

Ms. Cox's complex litigation background provides her a unique understanding of how best to avoid estate planning pitfalls for clients, especially given individual family dynamics.

Ms. Cox has lectured on Business Law at Towson State University and Dundalk Community College, she taught a Maryland Bar Review Course for several years and English as a Second Language ("ESL") at Prince George's Community College. As a college student, Linda tutored French for the Baltimore County Home and Hospital School. 
Ms. Cox has presented many estate planning seminars and workshops on various estate planning topics since 2005.
